I feel the leaders have been expected to become some sort of “influencers” which has forced them to make contents I find cringeworthy.

Feels like a paranoid Matt surrounded by people who are either scared of him or refuse to tell him the truth about what’s actually going on.

Chaos at the top, followed by uninformed decision making. That just breeds toxicity for 90%+ of the company. I’m sure there are some folks who are happy.
